Final Sunset Session

Please excuse such a lengthy ‘pause’ in blog writing…We have had such an exciting and busy summer…..I’ve struggled to find the moment to share.

The Summer Review blog IS brewing…and I intend to complete and share it with you in the next couple of weeks, during my post op recovery phase. Sitting still (for 4-6 weeks) is definitely NOT my thing, but I do intend to follow Dr’s orders so I can resume activities with you all ASAP! I’m trying my best to fit in all sessions before I isolate and step back.

Tonight, I enjoyed my final ‘Sunset Social Row’ for (what feels like) the summer season (or short wearing season) and it was a corker.

Autumn Rowing Programme

New Indoor Programme

We are excited to launch land training sessions for the Autumn/ Winter 2021/22.

Our aim is to support our rowing community with opportunities to maintain their rowing fitness on land, when water sessions become less frequent. These paid sessions are geared towards general rowing fitness, which easily translates into Ski and running fitness.

Sessions will be bookable online

- Couch to 2K Programme
at Lymington Amateur Rowing Club Clubrooms (LARC)
Instructor led
10% Discount (via club coupon codes redeemed at checkout) are offered to all KYC, LTSC and LARC members
Opportunity to compete
Group Sessions are between £5-£8 ppph

Lymington Amateur Rowing Club

Should any of you explorers wish to join LARC as members, you simply need to complete a Try Crew Taster Session and then apply for Recreational Rowing Membership, (currently at £60 as we are mid way though the fee cycle). This will then extend your rowing options into Coxed Quad Outings through the Autumn/ Winter (@£7.50 pp ph).
