Originally a competitive swimmer, triathlete and a PE Teacher in both UK and NZ, in more recent years, I found and fell in love with rowing.
I am still an active competitor in river, coastal rowing and more recently in offshore and Ocean rowing events with a love for enthusing others to enjoy the same.
I am a volunteer coach and committee member at Lymington Amateur Rowing Club and the lead for all New Members and the Recreational Rowing programme.
Rowing Adventures has a principal aim of enabling and encouraging more people to share this fabulous sport of Rowing in all it’s forms and signposting its rowers onto the most appropriate pathway to suit their goals. To row for pleasure, fitness, challenge or to compete.
