Rowing Adventures Ltd is based in Lymington, operating at Lymington Amateur Rowing Club, the Sea Water Baths, Bath Rd Public Slipway and is also mobile, so locations can be varied in accordance with risk assessment/ weather conditions and water access points.

  • We provide a 1:1 and group pathway

  • With the Glide Solo and the progressive Glide Tide, we have sourced single sculls that are robust and stable with intuitive response. These boats encourage a relaxed and positive experience, so vital particularly when learning something new or wanting to relax and Explore in varied conditions.

  • Our programme aims to be wholly inclusive and we welcome queries/feedback to ensure that this is delivered.

  • The Learn, Explore and Compete programme is designed to be progressive and encourages appropriate and safe challenge within each thread.

  • The coaching delivery is adapted from the British Rowing Level 2 Club Coach Course and British Rowing Omnium Skills to suit Coastal Rowing and it’s nuances; tidal conditions and marine traffic.

  • The majority of coaching is delivered from a scull (both single and double), sometimes from a rib and the intro for some early sessions may start out on land/ pontoon/ poolside.
